As noted on Monday, we have been swamped by well wishes after our Le Mans win. So, as promised, here are some of your emails....

1. What a true team!  Your superb logic and strategy were apparent at all times.  To allow Chris to receive the chequered was blatant brotherhood.  Truly a team I'm proud to support.  Looking forward to a fine finish to the LM Series and the inclusion of your vintage efforts.  Keep your reins on Chris, Lads as he's sure to be scouted by many.  Job well done to the King of Quaichs!'

4. Hi to all at Binnie Motorsport and a big WELL DONE for a fantastic result at this years Le Mans 24 Hour. I was there to see all the action (and get soaked into the bargain) but it was all worth it in the end.

I didn't take a lot of notice of the LMP1 category as it was a forgone conclusion that one of the "oil burners" would take the top step, so all our eyes were initially on the GT1 battle between the all American Uncle Sam muscle of the 'Vettes and our very own tea drinking,  shaken not stirred, Aston Martins. But that was initially. When the LMP2's started dropping like flies, the ensuing battle was great to witness and the best team definitely won, again congratulations to all concerned (and the Astons did it too which cheered us up in our soggy tents no end).

Now this may sound like an odd request, but my wifes nick name is Binnie. I think it's come from her childhood, starting with Lynne and then Lynnie, then to Lynnie Binnie and finally to just Binnie. Weird I know, but there you go.When I got back from the race and had wrung myself out, I told her the result and she was thrilled that a team called Binnie had won the class. So, do you produce any team stuff ('T' shirts, baseball caps, sweat shirts etc) that I can buy from you? She would be over the moon to have a logoed item to wear.

Perhaps your having some done in recognition of the win? If so please let me know.

Once again, congratulations. A marvellous result! All the best, and see you on the grid next year.

"To All at Binnie Motorsport, What a fantastic accomplishment! Especially considering the fine weather and electrical problems.Bill, You may not remember me but I treated you at one time, Bob Eberhart keeps promising to get me a tour of your facility. As a racer I realize how much effort you must have put into this. Must feel great. If you need a team musculoskeletal doctor on the team let me know.I have done one 24 endurance race at the Glen and found it was quite fun but taxing. Still racing, off to the June Sprints this weekend".

"Dear BINNIE MOTERSPORT, Congratulations. 2007 Le Mans WIN. We supported activity in Le Mans distantly from Japan. Long-cherished championship, we wanted to taste it in a pit together by all means, too.
We heard the news and remembered excitement before one year. And I feel nostalgic for it very. I send praise to splendid mechanic and gentlemanly driver and God who gave good luck than anything".
